Get an understanding of the Web 2.0 social networking tools that libraries are using to create interactive services with library users. The session also looks at libraries that have been successful at implementation of these tools and what you can do to encourage support from staff.

 The breakout session was very informative and helpful. I really enjoyed listening to the speaker

 Realistic overview with good info about resources -- loved the ending comments that he had too much going on!

Max is an excellent speaker. One of the best of the day. He also stayed cool in spite of the stifling heat in the room during the PM session.
